Clock-in unavailable for unscheduled sessions Resolved
Between 24 July 21:20 UTC and 27 July 07:18 UTC, clocking in without a scheduled shift failed with an error message. Clock-in from a scheduled shift, QR clock-in and clock-out were not affected.
No time records were lost or altered: affected attempts were rejected rather than saved incorrectly, so no sessions need correcting.
The cause was a defect in a change released on 24 July. It is fixed and verified in production, and automated checks now cover it.
